Budget Bailout

There are over $100 in manufacture coupons in the paper today. There is no Safeway ad. Safeway if now following suit with Albertsons in that they will no longer give the $.03 bag refund with your reuseable bags. This takes effect May 11. They will instead, as my understanding, give you a 10% off "green" items on your next purchase if you still use your reuseable bags. I'm not sure yet what these "green" items are.

There's a flyer with 3 doubles up to $1.00 each for only Sunday thru Tuesday. The coupons in the ad are the same ones that are in Tuesday's ad. You should also be able to pick up extra flyers at the store.
There are some great deals with the $1.00 double coupon. Trop50' is on sale for $2.50. Use the $1.00 manufacture/double and your cost is only $.50 for the juice.
Sunday is the last day for the $1.00 Extra Soft Scott tissue as it expires May 10. Use that manufacture/double and the bath tissue is $.35.
