Albertsons 8/18-8/24
Great link HERE to Grocery Smarts. Click on start on upper right hand side then you can click on the star at top of Star column and the specials they rated a Stock up rate 4 and 5 star items will highlight. Then you can click "Shrink" (next to start) and you will only see the good buys. You can print out list if you desire. This is the list for Utah but i have found the prices, for the most part, to be the same in Portland. They don't have a Portland List but only Utah, Idaho, Eastern Washington and California
