Free Events in Portland: Sept 4–6 (Highlights Edition)Posted: 03 Sep 2009 07:13 PM PDTAdmission is free for all events below. Have a great weekend!▪ The Time-Based Art Festival (TBA:09) includes some free events and exhibits throughout the weekend. Check the website for more information. ▪ On Friday night, admission to the Portland Children's Museum is free. Or you can spend the evening at the Central Eastside Art Walk, First Friday in Multnomah Village, or the Camas Art Walk. ▪ On Saturday, Sunday and Monday, the Pearl District will host its annual art festival, Art in the Pearl. ▪ Also on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, the Portland Actors Ensemble will give their last performances of "The History of King Henry IV." ▪ On Sunday, Portland Festival Symphony will perform at Foothills Park in Lake Oswego. ▪ For more free and low-cost events, check Portland on the Cheap.
