Swag bucks Update!
It's time to update you all on my SwagBucks experiment. Back at the end of February I read a blog post about something I'd never heard of called "SwagBucks". It said it was a search engine ( powered by Google) where you could win Swag bucks just for doing web searches which you could then redeem for prizes like gift cards. I thought- what have i got to lose-I'll try it and keep you all posted. So far since March I've earned 371! I do searches and then occasionally I get a message saying I've won 1 or 2 or very occasionally 5 Swag Bucks. My favorite prizes are Amazon gift Certificates. 45 will get you a $5 one so far I have enough to get $40 ! Granted ,I won't get rich, but an extra 40 for doing internet searches for 5 months that I already did anyway- not too bad. Swagbucks Update!
I have now officially won enough Swagbucks to redeem for a total $20 in Amazon Gift certificates just from Searching using Swagbucks!!! Go HERE if you are interested in signing up for free and I'll get a couple of extra Swagbucks in return. If you're worried about getting a bunch of junk mail consider opening a free Gmail or other free online email account you would use for this kind of thing. There is a search engine plugin for Firefox you can add in or with Internet Explorer I set it as my homepage and search from there. I am hoping to use my certificates towards Christmas presents so while you can redeem your Swagbucks for lots of others things this is my personal favorite!

Have you heard of Swagbucks yet? I have recently started using it. It is a search engine powered by Google where just for doing the internet searches you are ALREADY doing you can earn or win swagbucks and with them you can redeem them for gift cards etc etc from the Swagstore. I've been using it for about a month and already have enough for a $5 gift card from Amazon.com. Anyway, it's worth checking out. Just click on the link here
