Save With Louise What I love about Louise is that she is a local Blogger in the Portland Ore area which means the prices are correct for here and not North Dakota. She posts for Safeway, Albertsons, Thriftway ,Walgreens and as well as various specials with coupon addresses. This week there were 10 posts total, usually it's less ( I'm letting you know this cuz I subscribe to some blogs and have their posts come into my inbox and if they are posting 15 a Day it clogs my inbox.The others I have come to a separate folder or anRSS reader such as "Google Reader")
Saving 4 My Family-Two Sister-in Laws that are Stay at Home Moms (SAHM) mostly, Local Portland area. They post for Albertsons, Safeway, Fred Meyer as well as their weekly menu ( some have links to the recipes) and one posts her financial goals and if she is meeting them or not. There were 11 posts this week. Coupon addresses are NOT included
It's Hip 2 Save- A Proud Military wife of a Marine and mother to 3 children. I believe they are stationed in North Carolina. She post lots of Free Samples, Special offers, Freebies, Walgreens,Target, RiteAid, WITH coupon Addresses. Please not that all prices are the same in Portland area and not all coupons or the same amount off will be in our inserts here. She probably posts about 15 posts A DAY .
NW Coupon Lady- A NW blogger from Tri-cities Washington. She posts for Winco! Albertsons, Various Feebies, $5 meals for a family of 4 w/ recipes and for a local store called Yokes.WITH coupon addresses. About 15 posts a week

Email her to subscribe. She is a local woman near Vancouver Washington. She sends out an email on Saturdays and Tuesdays. She posts for Albertsons, Safeway, Fred Myers. She does NOT post coupon addresses but a lot of the coupons she sites are from that week's coupons inserts. If you only have time to read one, i would subscribe to this one . You can use Coupon Tom coupon Database to find coupon insert addresses. There are other databases but this is the easiest to use.
